FAQ
Can you edit out objects or fix things in the photos?I do light retouching for best presentation, but major object removal or remodeling edits may require an extra fee.
What areas do you cover?I currently serve West Palm Beach and surrounding areas. If you're outside the area, just reach out-I'll accommodate.
What happens if it rains or we need to reschedule?No problem! I allow flexible rescheduling. We'll coordinate a new time at no extra cost.
Terms & Fine Print
-Payment is due upon delivery of the final photos and videos unless otherwise agreed.-Travel fees may apply for properties located outside of Palm Beach County. Please inquire prior to booking-Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide a timely notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee.-Turnaround time is typically 24-48 hours after the shoot. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee-Property preparation is the responsibility of the homeowner or agent. Please ensure the space is clean, clutter-free, and photo-ready at the time of the shoot.-Weather delays may result in rescheduling at no additional cost.-Licensing All delivered media is licensed for marketing use only by the listing agent or homeowner. Redistribution, resale, or third-party usage requires written permission.
